In this DLC, players are tasked with stopping waves of minions from energizing Valentin, the dark disciple of Lord Kraiken, who seeks to claim the Zone. Armed with Soul Stones left behind by fallen foes, players must utilize their creativity and the various gears available in the game to outgun an apparently invincible enemy.

Set in a Soviet administrative headquarters, Tunguska: Slaughterhouse Game serves as the ultimate test for players, putting their skills and knowledge to the ultimate challenge. The game offers an endless wave of enemies, with the outcome determined by either the player's defeat or the defeat of Valentin, depending on the level of his power reservoir.

Throughout the DLC, players will encounter four challenging bosses. Defeating these bosses will reward players with entirely new weapons and gears, which were previously unavailable in the game. These include the XM177 carbine, M249 SAW, PKM, RG6 grenade launcher, armor plating and padding insertion, heavy armor locomotion unit, casing caliber converter, Klemens' Folly (a magical helmet), Valentin's Hood (another magical helmet), and Valentin's Finger, which can be used to craft Distortion summoners.

One exciting feature of Tunguska: Slaughterhouse Game is that all the weapons, armors, serums, and gears from the main game become available for use while fighting in the Slaughterhouse. This allows players to fully utilize their arsenal and strategic abilities to overcome the challenging waves of enemies.

To aid players in their fight, the DLC introduces special throwable items that can summon different types of Distortions to assist in battle.
