It's time for an adventure of a lifetime with Toru, a bullet-hell platformer. Here, absolutely everything that falls into your hands is a weapon, from boxes to crystals to even your enemies themselves. Your success in the game is completely dependent on your skill as you make your way through the levels.

The game is full of bosses, mini-bosses and enemies, all with their own unique abilities and behavior. These enemies and mini-bosses will bring on a hail of bullets and you'll need to be quick on your feet to dodge them and find the nearest object to launch it at the monsters face. If you're having a hard time, the difficulty of the game will automatically decrease to make it more manageable.

You'll also be able to find special weapons and Elite enemies along the way, both of which will have different behaviors that can greatly affect the outcome of the battle. As you progress through each level, you'll be presented with new opponents and levels that can contain surprises such as moving platforms that will change the geometry of the level.

All the action and strategy of the game is driven by a touching story about a Shadow Monster who is trying to destroy the Lantern, a structure that gives life to the whole city. You and Thor, your friend, must put a stop to the monster's plan by learning the true motives behind their evil intentions.

At the end of each level, you'll have the chance to take on a mini-boss who will adopt the basic habits of a specific type of enemy for the current level. You'll need to be strategic and use all the weapons and objects at your disposal to defeat these bosses.

With all the action, strategy and story, Toru promises to be an adventure of a lifetime. You'll need to use your skill, strategy and wits to make it through each level and ultimately defeat the Shadow Monster.
