You, the player, take the form of a small creature known as a Trebhum, who must rely on their wits and resourcefulness to survive. Where you lack in size, you make up for in improvisation and adaptation. Each Trebhum can choose from over 50 mutations and physical attributes to customize their abilities, allowing them to defend against predators and navigate through the perilous world.

The world of The Eternal Cylinder is vast, open, and full of secrets. There are four unique biomes to explore, each filled with extraordinary flora and strange fauna. As you explore, you will discover ancient sanctuaries and knowledge, passed down from generation to generation. The Anniversary Update for The Eternal Cylinder includes new creatures to discover, including the Buddugh Gropp, a highly aggressive herbivore found in tundra biomes, and the Gharukuk, a large tripodal omnivore found in the desert. Additionally, Trebhum have developed a new mutation allowing them to shoot jets of flame from their trunks.
