About The Colonists Game

In the Colonists Game, your team of robots will embark on an exciting journey to a distant planet, where they will build a new home and attempt to become human. With your help, they will explore the new environment, gather resources and construct the necessary infrastructure to make their dreams of humanity come true.

The Colonists is a peaceful strategy game where players take control of a team of self-replicating robots. The goal of the game is to build a settlement on a distant planet and fulfill the robots' ultimate dream: to become human.

Players must gather resources, build infrastructure, and research new technologies to progress through three different Ages. There are two separate mission tracks to choose from, allowing players to either build their colonies in peace or race against AI in a military winner-takes-all scenario. A near-infinite amount of procedurally generated maps can be explored, while an extensive map editor and mod support allows players to create and share their own custom maps.

The Colonists also includes monthly Frontiers challenges, special speed-run challenges, and Steam Workshop integration. With all these options, players can customize their own victory conditions and build their perfect settlement.
