Taur is an action-strategy sci-fi game in which you control the Prime Cannon and its powerful weapons and abilities. As you fight to protect the Tauron homeworld from an Imperion invasion, you'll build turrets, droids, aircraft and more to stand against the enemy's might. Can you survive the onslaught and protect your people?

Taur is an action-strategy sci-fi game that puts you in control of the powerful Prime Cannon. Unlock and upgrade different weapons, utilize powerful abilities and build a variety of structures, droids, aircraft and more to protect the homeworld of the Tauron droids against a relentless invasion of the warmongering galactic droid empire known as the Imperion.

In a desperate bid to save their planet, you must strategically plan your defenses against different types of attacks such as full-scale invasions, air raids, tank sieges and infantry skyfall attacks. Resources are gained from successfully securing war zones, which can be used to build new structures, reforge weapons and research new tech. Every unit, structure, tree and plant is fully destructible, leading to tactical advantages or disadvantages over the course of a battle as the environment is destroyed.

The ultimate goal is to prevent the planet of Taurea from falling into Imperion hands by defeating their massive armies and eventually the extremely powerful Imperion Overlord. Developed by one-person indie studio Echo Entertainment, Taur offers a unique type of gameplay inspired by a multitude of classic genres such as tower defense, shooter, real-time strategy and more.
