Slave Zero X is an exhilarating action game set in the dystopian world of Megacity S1-9. In this city ruled by the merciless Sovereign Khan, a vengeful warrior rises from the depths to confront him. The game takes place four years before the events of Slave Zero, breathing new life into a world plagued by biomechanical monstrosities called Slaves, which are on the verge of becoming humanity's latest weapons of war.

Enter The Guardians, a secret group of warriors determined to prevent the unleashing of these deadly machines upon the world. However, one swordsman among their ranks, named Shou, has a different plan in mind. He intends to turn the enemy's weapon against them by merging with a stolen Slave Unit Prototype. Transformed into a furious Devil, Shou embarks on a relentless quest to kill the false God ruling over Megacity S1-9.
