Explore a world filled with mystery and Nordic beauty in Skábma - Snowfall, a never before seen representation of indigenous Sámi stories and culture. The game follows the story of Áilu, a young Sámi herder, who is searching for a runaway reindeer doe. Players must use their wits to solve environmental puzzles and platforming challenges in this unique 3rd person adventure.

The game takes place in the Sámi village, which has been disturbed by an accident at a nearby Tar-Burning Pit. An odd disease has started to spread across the area, affecting the land, people, and animals. Áilu finds an old enchanted drum, Goavddis, which holds the long lost knowledge of Sámi healers, Noaidis. Players must find the four Familiar Spirits - Skuolfi the Owl, Guovža the Bear, Čámsa the Trout and Rieban the Fox - and reconnect with nature to find the source of the disease.

Players can explore the beautiful and mysterious landscapes, accompanied by spellbinding music including traditional Sámi yoik-singing. Along the way, they can find grandfather’s family treasures, notes on outsiders’ view of Sámi culture, catch hares and talk to spirits to learn more about the game world and Sámi stories.
