Sands of Aura is an open-world action adventure set in a fantasy realm on the brink of twilight, buried beneath a sea of sand. Players must sail across the sandseas to restore life to the dying world, engaging in a thrilling story and challenging combat reminiscent of a souls-like game.

The world of Talamhel was once a thriving and prosperous realm, filled with life and joy. But a mysterious cataclysm unleashed by a tortured god transformed the world into an endless sea of sand. As the hourglass of time shattered, its essence was scattered across the land, bringing with it a perpetual night and a putrid corruption that threatened to consume all of Talamhel.

In the midst of this tragedy, a select few righteous souls endured and rose up to form the Order of Remnant Knights. As the last protectors of man, the Knights were charged with the task of bringing life back to the dying world.

And so, on the eve of your induction into the Order of Remnant Knights, the fate of Talamhel once again rests in your hands. You must take the helm of your nimble grainwake and sail across the perilous sandseas to confront the source of this newfound terror.

Chart your own course forward. Explore the open seas and discover the secrets, dangers, and paths unseen. With a trusted (undead) companion rested in the crow's nest, you'll never sail the seas alone.
