Salt 2: Shores of Gold is an open world pirate game that offers an infinite procedurally generated world to explore. Set sail in any direction you choose and uncover a variety of islands, each filled with its own unique set of secrets and wonders. Craft powerful weapons and armor, hunt and fish for survival, go on quests, and level up your character, unlocking unique skill trees and talents for your gear. Decorate your ship and make it your home at sea, and discover islands filled with caves, pirate camps, and other mysterious places.

The world of Salt 2 is full of adventure and exploration, with no need to worry about naval combat or other players attacking your ship. You can set your own pace and decide what you want to do, whether it’s going on epic quests, hunting down a world boss, or just relaxing on the shore with a fishing pole. Navigate the seas with a compass and sextant, using map coordinates as your guide to new locations. Over 100 different ship decorations are available to place anywhere on your ship, and you can find all kinds of items to craft and decorate it.

Hunting and fishing are essential for survival, and there are over 50 different meal recipes to discover. You can also find resources to craft new items, armor, weapons, and decorations for your ship. Level up your character and skills to unlock new world tiers, crafting recipes, and other upgrades. Fight legendary pirates, bosses, and dangerous wildlife in your hunt for adventure, and find gear with different rarities and interesting stats. Go on quests and commissions from guilds, the townsfolk, and merchants.
