Saiko no Sutoka no Shiki is a thrilling spin-off game based on the original Saiko no Sutoka. This survival horror game introduces a new character, Saiko, who is a zombie anime girl with a desire to play with her senpai. However, the senpai must complete certain tasks and provide food for Saiko to satisfy her hunger while simultaneously trying to escape from dangerous AI characters.

In Saiko no Sutoka no Shiki, players will encounter three new AI characters, each with their own unique behaviors and hunting techniques. The first AI character is YUI, who serves as the main antagonist. YUI is a hostile girl armed with scissors, and she can hide behind trees to ambush the player. She enjoys insulting the player to lower their morale before harrassing and killing Saiko. To escape the game, players must stop YUI, as she holds the key to the exit gate.

Saiko, on the other hand, is the zombie character introduced from the previous game, Saiko no Sutoka. In this spin-off, Saiko has become undead, and players must seek her help to defeat YUI and ultimately escape the game.
