Ruinarch is a unique evil overlord simulator that takes a unique approach to story generation. Players take control of a narrative by spreading rumors, unleashing monsters, and causing chaos on an epic scale. Players can choose from three different overlord Archetypes to find their own playstyle. Whether it is focusing on destruction or a more subtle puppetmaster approach, there are plenty of ways to be evil.

Players can experiment by combining destructive spells to create their own personalized cocktail of destruction. As players gain more powers, they can upgrade their Portal to gain access to more heinous Powers. When it comes to meddling with people’s lives, players can afflict villagers with flaws, spread malicious information, spread plague, torture people, start a zombie apocalypse, and even create vampires and werewolves with their dark powers.
