Ratty Catty is a unique multiplayer/co-op hide and seek game that revolves around the adventures of two characters - Catty and Ratty. Catty is a domestic cat, while Ratty is a hazel dormouse that lives in a small rat nest, eats foods in the house, and feeds its babies. The gameplay is set in a house where Catty must protect the foods in the kitchen from Ratty, but Ratty must steal foods from the kitchen to feed its babies.

Catty's obligation is to hunt Ratty. When Ratty is trying to steal foods for its babies, Catty can hunt Ratty by using stuffs like traps, egg guns, hammers, screwdrivers, pans, umbrellas, or just by its paws. The babies must be fed by daddy Ratty.

The main game type has 1v1 CO-OP/Multiplayer, up to 4 players. In addition, players can play multiplayer with AI or single player with AI. There are different mini-games for TV, and players can vote for the kind of game they want to play. The game offers different maps, game modes, and a level editor.
