Welcome to the chaotic world of Plebby Quest: The Crusades, a turn-based strategy game set during the crusades of Europe and the Middle East. It is filled with ambitious rulers dreaming of building an empire, treacherous neighbours that long to burn your kingdom, and religious leaders that make unreasonable demands. To survive and build a kingdom that will last centuries, you must make difficult decisions and navigate the ever-changing political landscape.

In this game, you will have two game modes to choose from - Scenario and Sandbox. In Scenario mode you will follow a character’s story, while in Sandbox mode you can conquer the world without any restrictions. Each mode is connected and will affect the other; good choices and decisions from past games will lead your future plays to success.

Neighbouring kingdoms will remember your behaviour and react accordingly. Make critical mistakes and you will bring dissent and lead to war. React according to a character’s personality and they will open their mind to you. As you progress, you must prove your kingdom's faith to the religions of the time, and you will attend meetings every June to condemn and denounce other religions. You must do whatever it takes to turn the participants’ opinion to your liking, including bribes, threats, and all kinds of dirty tricks.

At certain points, you will have to make a difficult decision - will you burn them, or be burnt? This is the challenge of Plebby Quest: The Crusades, and it is a difficult decision to make.
