Hellish Quart Game is a 3D physics-based sword dueling game set in the 17th century. Hellish Quart is a realistic 3D sword dueling game set in the 17th century. Players take on the role of a variety of warriors fighting with sabers, rapiers, broadswords and more. There are multiple game modes to choose from, such as arcade, survival, modern HEMA sparring, duels vs. AI, and a local multiplayer mode. An optional VR mode is also available.

Players can choose from a selection of 17th century warriors as they fight with realistic motion captured fencing techniques. The game uses active ragdolls to accurately calculate the damage done by each blade, with four gamepad buttons representing four attack angles. Different button combinations can be used to perform special attacks and combos. Meanwhile, the character models are based on 3D scanned clothes from the period.

Hellish Quart has an immersive historical setting. It takes place in the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth and features a selection of opponents from the period, such as Zaporozhian Cossacks, Polish Hussars, Tatars, Turkish Janissaries, Swedish Reiters and French Musketeers. The single player campaign gives players a chance to experience life in the region.

Players can hone their skills in arcade mode, quick fights, survival mode, or local multiplayer with friends. Players can also practice with wooden weapons or train in modern HEMA gear. Hellish Quart is an Early Access game that is currently in active development, and it offers a unique and challenging experience for sword fighting fans.
