In this adult RPG game, you take control of Karryn, a confident and sexy woman who is the new Chief Warden in a notorious all-male prison. Manage the prison and its inmates, and also manage Karryn's ever-rising desires as she explores the true adult elements incorporated into all aspects of the game.

Karryn’s Prison is a hardcore adult RPG that combines adult elements with all gameplay. Players take the role of Karryn, a confident, sexy woman who has been appointed Chief Warden of an all-male prison that has recently rioted. With the Edicts system, players can shape Karryn and the prison the way they want, while the Willpower and Desire system allows players to either resist or accept sexual advances. The Passives system makes Karryn more and more vulnerable to sex as the game progresses.

Karryn’s Prison isn’t an eroge for those in need of a quick fix, as all sex scenes take place within the battle system. Players won’t be able to instantly access all sex scenes, and Karryn won’t have sex at the start of the game as she is an inexperienced virgin. Karryn won’t go from zero slut to full slut in just one scene either. Instead, her sexual values and desires will slowly transform based on the events of the game.

In Karryn’s Prison, players don’t have to win every battle. In fact, it’s expected that players will reach a Bad Ending and Game Over on their first playthrough. However, to progress further in the game, players must take the time to learn its various systems. Ignoring the tips provided by NPCs is not recommended.

Karryn’s Prison rewards players who take the time to learn the game, experiment with different builds, and make use of the New Game Plus system. It also features a lot of stats and numbers, as well as over 400 potential Passives that Karryn may develop. Most importantly, the sex scenes are not always the same, as everything Karryn has done and has happened to her will influence the context of every battle and sexual activity.

Karryn’s Prison is available in three different difficulties: Secretary Mode, Warden Mode, and Prisoner Mode. Secretary Mode is recommended for those who want to play the game at a low difficulty and reach an ending, while Warden Mode is recommended for first time players. Experienced players who want to achieve mastery of the game and/or have Karryn lose over and over again should opt for Prisoner Mode.

The game can be played with a keyboard, mouse and keyboard, or XInput game controller. The demo includes content up until the end of Level 2, which amounts to 3-10+ hours of content.
