In this horror game, you take control of a small submarine navigating through a vast ocean of blood on an eerie alien moon. As you explore the depths, you must take caution and move carefully to avoid any lurking dangers that may lie ahead.

Anomalies in space have been around for as long as anyone can remember, but the discovery of a strange ocean filled with blood on an otherwise barren moon is something completely different. The survivors of humanity, now living on space stations and starships, have been desperately searching for any trace of resources since the vanishing of every known star and planet decades ago. Finally, a glimmer of hope has been found in the form of this blood ocean, and so a task force has been assembled to investigate its depths and discover what lies beneath the surface.

At the helm of this mission is an aging submarine nicknamed the “Iron Lung”, cobbled together from rusty space station parts. You are the pilot of this submarine, and your task is to navigate the ocean of blood and take photographs of any anomalous locations that you come across. However, there is only a single porthole on the sub, which must be kept closed due to the immense pressure of the ocean's depths, meaning that you will be navigating blind. You'll have to rely on your proximity sensors, sound, and a primitive external camera to guide you through the dark and terrifying ocean.

As you venture further into the unknown, the dread and paranoia of your situation will slowly start to take hold. You'll need to be resourceful and patient if you hope to make it out alive, as you never know what could be lurking around the corner. Your mission will take you through an underwater world of horror and despair, and it's up to you to find your way and complete the task before the sub collapses around you or you are discovered by whatever lurks in the blood.

The soundtrack of Iron Lung has been inspired by the work of Aubrey Hodges, who is known for his work on the classic game Doom 64. This atmospheric and creepy score will help to build the tension and add to the dread of your mission, as you navigate the alien depths of this strange ocean.
