You are one such agent. As an employee of The Company, your job is to sit in a darkened room and watch live surveillance footage from cameras placed in homes, offices, and public spaces around the city. Your task is to spot anomalies—anything that seems out of place or unusual. A flickering light, a door left ajar, a person behaving erratically. Any of these could be a sign of trouble.

At first, the job is simple enough. You sit at your desk, sipping coffee and scanning the screens before you. The images flicker and change, but there is nothing to be seen. The city is quiet, its inhabitants going about their daily lives. But as the night wears on, you begin to notice strange things. A shadow that moves too quickly, a face that appears in the window of an empty building. You can't shake the feeling that something is wrong.
