HOW, or Human Operations Worldwide, is a psychological horror game set in a mysterious and terrifying medical facility. Players take on the role of a prisoner, exploring the depths of the complex and facing the many creatures and abominations inside. Your goal is to utilize your skills of strategy and survival to not only survive the grueling and punishing experience, but to ultimately find a way to escape.

The game features seven levels, accessed by elevator, each with their own unique challenges and enemies. As you explore the maze-like facility, you must search for batteries to power your flashlight and keys to open new doors. Along the way, you will encounter various death machines and monsters that will strive to stop you from escaping.

The game takes full advantage of its horror setting, creating a truly immersive experience. In the darkness of the facility, you must rely on your wit and reflexes to survive. You will come across various puzzles and secrets, hidden within the walls and corridors of the facility, which you must decipher in order to progress.

Gameplay also features a variety of weapons, ranging from melee to firearms, which you can use to fight off enemies. Additionally, you will also come across various items such as health and ammo pickups that will help you survive the dangers of the facility.
