As you regain consciousness in a dark room, a pounding headache and a sense of being struck in the head overwhelms you. The only source of light is a flashlight lying on a nearby table. The main door is fortified with various locks, leaving you with no choice but to explore Granny's eerie house, searching for keys and other objects that can unlock the door and grant you freedom.

However, it is essential to proceed with caution, as Granny possesses an acute sense of hearing. Any noise you make, such as dropping an object or stepping on a creaking floorboard, will instantly alert her to your presence, prompting her to run towards the source of the sound. Additionally, you must be vigilant of Granny's treacherous bear traps and other lurking dangers concealed in the shadows, including her menacing pets.

To improve your chances of survival, you can seek refuge in wardrobes and coffins. However, be mindful not to be spotted by Granny while hiding. Alternatively, there is an alternative escape route through the garage located beneath the house. Inside the garage, an old car awaits your attention. If you successfully start the car and open the garage door, you can make your escape that way.

Furthermore, you can defend yourself against Granny by utilizing one of the two types of weapons scattered throughout the house. Although these weapons can temporarily halt Granny's pursuit, they only provide a short respite. Nevertheless, the risk is worthwhile if it means staying one step ahead of her.

Granny Game features five different levels of difficulty: Extreme, Hard, Normal, Easy, and Practice. In Practice mode, you can explore the house without Granny's presence, allowing you to experiment with different strategies without encountering major difficulties. However, bear in mind that the house is not entirely free from danger even in this mode.

Granny grants you a total of five days to escape her clutches. However, if you manage to fulfill a task she assigns you, you can earn an extra day. If, despite your best efforts, you fail to escape by the end of the fifth day, the consequences are left to your imagination.
