The Kingdom of Novus is a high fantasy world steeped in political intrigue and a rich history. It was once a prosperous land, with its people living in harmony and peace, but recent events have thrown its people into disarray. It is up to you to decide if you will help to bring back peace, or if you will stoke the fires of chaos.

Errant Kingdom is a queer, high-fantasy visual novel for PC, Mac & Linux, brought to you by Lunaris Games, a team of five indie developers. After a long delay and porting the game to a different engine, it has finally been released in its entirety. Errant Kingdom contains approximately 590,000 words and over 60 CGs in total.

In Errant Kingdom, you will take on the role of a denizen of the kingdom of Novus. You are at the heart of watching history unfold before your eyes, and it is up to you to decide how it will end. You will have the opportunity to pick a side, whether you choose to help bring peace or stoke the fires of chaos.

Along the way, you will meet a cast of LGBTQA+ characters, with six individual potential romance routes and two polyamorous routes. You can also play the game without romancing anyone and it will not affect your experience in any way.

The game features three playable protagonists, each with their own unique backgrounds, and no fixed protagonist portrait, leaving players free to imagine their character as they see fit. The game also features branching storylines, and depending on your choices, the story can evolve differently each playthrough.

Errant Kingdom is a story with darker elements at play, and you will be faced with difficult choices. Your decisions can earn you the ire of your companions or their admiration. You will need to use your wits and cunning in order to succeed in your endeavors.

The game has been brought out of early access and is now available to purchase. When you purchase the game, you will receive access to the download of the Prologue and Chapters 1-5. The final, complete version of the game will release in December and you will receive this as a free update, with no in-game purchases or extra costs.

You will be able to experience a potential 240+ hours of gameplay when taking into account all eight romance routes, the no romance play-through, and the three different MC roles. Errant Kingdom promises to provide a unique experience each time you play, as you explore the intricate world of Novus and witness its rise or fall.
