In the distant future, the rise of Artificial Intelligence has caused a rift between the last of the foxes and the robotic race. Alpha, one of the last remaining foxes, is held prisoner in Bio-Prison-9, facing an uncertain future. Unwittingly aided by an Artificial Intelligence, Alpha breaches containment and sets off on a journey to escape the biohazardous planet Delta 7. Along his journey, Alpha must use his wit to outsmart the robots and their powerful AI that are gunning for his existence.

A Fox and His Robot is a 2D action-platformer taking place in a breathtaking world. Players will traverse through unforgiving terrain, using skills and gadgets to jump, dash, and maneuver past robot security and obstacles. Portals, wind, and other environmental elements will be used to find alternate routes and speed run over dangerous terrain.

The journey to freedom is filled with mystery and suspense as players dive into the story of Artificial Intelligence. Multiplayer Coliseum matches will be available for local players to engage in one-on-one death battles, with twelve different arenas to choose from.

A Fox and His Robot is the brainchild of Joshua Janik, author, software engineer, and game designer. The creator of the ‘Fox Ridge’ and ‘A Transposition in Time’ franchises brings you a new completing story set in a new world. It is a masterclass of platforming prowess, with a beautiful yet dangerous world filled with action, adventure, and suspense.

The game will be available on PC and other consoles in March of 2023. Players will be able to take advantage of multiple control schemes, including mouse and keyboard, controllers, and touch interfaces. Upon launch, there will be over thirty levels available, with more to come in the future.
