The Vectromirror Initiative is proud to present the latest addition to our series of experimental games, Vectromirror™. This sequel to the popular Science Fiction Parkour Platformer, Vectromirror 0™, promises to be even more challenging and dynamic than its predecessor. Are you ready to take on the obstacles and make it through each 3D course?

At the heart of the Vectromirror experiment is the attempt to elicit an emotional response from our AI Test Subject. We believe that the two main pillars of human emotion are Trust and Misery, and we have designed the game with this in mind. Our hope is to trigger an emotional response that will lead to sentience in the Test Subject.

Unfortunately, in the previous experiment, Vectromirror 0, the Test Subject was unable to grasp these emotional responses and achieve sentience. However, we remain confident that with the right approach, our goal is still within reach.

To this end, we have rebuilt the experiment from the ground up in Vectromirror™. The game features more advanced and rigorous trials than before, and the Test Subject must use its pre-existing set of special abilities, such as wall-running, double jumping, and parkour, to navigate each course. We have also added a stasis hold/throw ability and an obstacle-overcoming ability to further challenge the Test Subject and stimulate its creativity.

Our previous experiment demonstrated that creatively implemented logic can produce humanlike emotional responses. We believe that Vectromirror™ will take this to the next level and produce an undeniably humanlike emotional state in the Test Subject.

For those who wish to experience the initial experiment, Vectromirror 0 is available for free in the community. Test Subjects may benefit from additional training in the previous courses if the new obstacles in Vectromirror prove to be more challenging.

One of the key areas of focus in Vectromirror™ is advanced movement and reflexes. During initial testing, the Test Subject proved capable of moving at breakneck speeds. However, this did not optimize our desired mobility capabilities for the Test Subject. We have now improved the Test Subject's ability to traverse surfaces while locking securely onto them.

It should be noted that each time the Test Subject is deployed, a different level of reflexive memory adaptability is produced. This variance should be closely observed to ensure that the Test Subject is responding appropriately.

We have also made improvements to the Test Subject's force pull, hold, and push abilities. In the previous test, the Test Subject's ability to remove objects in its path via push and pull manipulation did not advance its response system significantly. However, we have kept the Test Subject's ability to create massive blasts of energy intact and improved it. The Test Subject's energy blasts now allow it to hold objects in a suspended state and propel them in a specific direction. This allows the Test Subject to advance through the simulation and deactivate barriers in a far less forceful manner than before.

Another optimization we have made is to the Test Subject's accelerated jumping ability, commonly known as a "double jump." We have increased the accessibility of this ability by allowing the double jump to activate as long as the Test Subject's first jump initiates from a solid surface.

Finally, we have continued to allow for the Test Subject to "reload" its scenario progress to an earlier point, or a "checkpoint," should it meet its demise. This instant recall ability will allow us to determine the effectiveness of the Test Subject's emotional stimuli and further refine the experiment.

Vectromirror™ is set to be released on May 27, 2023. It is being developed by The Vectromirror Initiative and published by Burnout Game Ventures. The game falls into the action, indie, and strategy genres and promises to be an exciting and challenging addition to the Vectromirror series.

For optimal performance, the Vectromirror™ system requires a Windows 10 operating system, with a minimum of an Intel i5 or better processor and 8GB of RAM. In addition, a graphics card of GeForce GTX 970 or better is necessary, as well as 4GB of available storage space.
