One of the standout features of this DLC is the new game mode called "Sticks and Stones." In this mode, players are challenged to rely solely on melee weapons, or "sticks," and grenades, or "stones." This adds a new level of difficulty and strategy to the gameplay, as players must navigate the shadows and take down enemies without the use of firearms.

The DLC also introduces new melee weapons for players to wield. The Sledge Hammer is a powerful blunt weapon that can crush through armor, dealing massive damage to enemies. The Combat Knife, on the other hand, is a fast melee weapon that allows for swift stealth kills against human enemies and amplified damage against unaware ghouls.

To further aid players in their stealthy endeavors, a new thrown weapon called the Smoke Grenade is available. This grenade can be used to obstruct the enemy's line of sight, allowing players to escape from tricky situations undetected.
