The Civilization VI - New Frontier Pass is an expansion to the popular strategy game, featuring eight new civilizations, nine new leaders and a variety of new content including six new game modes. Players can continue their quest to build their greatest empire and enjoy a wealth of new content to explore.

Sid Meier's Civilization® VI: New Frontier Pass is the newest entry in the long-running series of turn-based strategy games. It is developed by Firaxis Games, Aspyr (Mac) and Aspyr (Linux) and published by 2K. The game was released on 2020-05-20 and has become an instant hit among strategy fans.

The New Frontier Pass features eight new civilizations and nine new leaders, as well as a variety of new content and game modes. Some of the new features include six new game modes, two new civilizations and leaders with the Maya & Gran Colombia Pack, one new civilization and leader with the Ethiopia Pack, two new civilizations and leaders with the Byzantium & Gaul Pack, one new civilization and leader with the Babylon Pack, one new civilization and two new leaders with the Vietnam & Kublai Khan Pack, one new civilization and leader with the Portugal Pack, new City-States, Resources, Natural Wonders, Districts, Buildings, World Wonders, and Great People.

In addition to the New Frontier Pass, the game also includes exclusive bonus content with the Teddy Roosevelt and Catherine De Medici Persona Packs. Both leaders have been transformed with a new look and new abilities when you lead America and France. “Rough Rider Teddy” excels at keeping the peace on his home continent, and “Magnificence Catherine” can use Luxuries to overwhelm the world with Culture and Tourism. Each Persona Pack contains a brand-new take on a favorite leader, with a new leader model and background, new gameplay bonuses, and an updated agenda that reflect the changes to the leader’s personality. The Persona Packs are available exclusively to owners of the New Frontier Pass and will be delivered with the second add-on pack.

The game modes can include additional content such as new units, buildings, or improvements. This can be turned on or off during game setup to apply significant and dramatic changes to the rules of the game.

Sid Meier's Civilization VI: New Frontier Pass also includes a variety of gameplay enhancements. Players can choose from a wide range of customization options to fit their play style, from the ability to customize city names and leaders to the ability to choose from various civilizations, leaders and more. Players can also use the game's improved diplomacy system to negotiate with other civilizations, trade resources, form alliances, and more.

The game also includes a host of new and improved AI. Players can expect a deeper challenge from their opponents as the AI will now take into account their civilization's strengths and weaknesses, as well as the terrain when making decisions.
