Rivals of Aether players can now take on the best of Aether with the Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove DLC Character for the game. This DLC comes with one fighter, Shovel Knight, and one stage, along with his skills, relics and armors, giving players the opportunity to experience the world of Shovel Knight in a new way.

Rivals of Aether: Shovel Knight is a DLC character for the popular fighting game Rivals of Aether. In collaboration between Dan Fornace LLC and Yacht Club Games, Shovel Knight has been recreated with stunning pixel art to join the roster. This DLC comes with one fighter and the Troupple Pond stage.

Shovel Knight brings a variety of skills and relics to the fight. His signature move is the Shovel Drop, an aerial attack that lets him bounce off of opponents and objects. His down special is the Fishing Rod, which he can use off the side of the stage to fish up some treasure. He also has the Treasure Hunter ability, which knocks coins and gems out of his opponents for him to collect.

The Troupple Pond stage is available in both casual Aether and competitive Basic versions. On the casual version, players need to be aware of the Troupple King, who dances in the background. Troupples will join in the dance and can be used to knock opponents around. The competitive Basic version allows players to enjoy the music inspired by Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove without any distractions.
