Radio General is a unique strategy game that puts you in the shoes of a WWII General. With only a map and a radio at your disposal, you must strategize and command your troops in order to win the battle. Through the use of speech recognition, you will be able to interact with your units, issuing orders and receiving reports.

In the game, you will be able to deploy a variety of units, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. You must also be mindful of their ammunition, morale, camouflage, sight, and stamina, as these will all have an effect on the outcome of the battles. Terrain, elevation and roads will also play a factor, as a smaller force may be better suited to ambushing in a forest, while a larger force may be better suited to moving quickly on a road.

You will also have to take breaks between missions, as exhausted units will not perform as well. You will be able to learn more about the experiences of WWII soldiers through historical photos, documents and video, and you can even create your own custom scenarios with the included map editor. You can also bring a friend along to play the entire campaign with you in cooperative mode.
