About Our Land Game

Our Land Game is a third-person monster shooter set in early 1900s Johannesburg, South Africa. Players will explore iconic and lesser known locations, conversing with allies of human, creature and barrel natures as they hunt down the monsters causing havoc.

Set in the wilds of early 1900s South Africa, Our Land is a thrilling third-person shooter game where you take on the role of a monster hunter on a mission to take down the creatures wreaking havoc across Johannesburg and its surrounding areas. Along the way, you'll encounter a variety of allies, from humans and otherworldly creatures to barrels of all shapes and sizes.

On your journey, you'll explore some of South Africa's most iconic locations, from the haunted Cape Castle to the modernly known Kruger National Park. You'll also discover lesser known spots such as Suikerbos and Kliprivier nature reserves. You'll be guided by the mysterious 'Oom', a hunter who will offer insight into the monsters you face, as well as their role in the unfolding mystery of the land.

In addition to the action and adventure, Our Land also offers a chance to converse with the creatures you encounter, learning about their various backgrounds and opinions. As you progress, you'll learn more about the special magic, locations and characters that make up this land. With every hunt, you'll come closer to understanding the truth behind the monsters and the secrets of South Africa.
