Malmyr is a game where you plan and optimize complex production chains in order to complete each royal mission. The rules for each mission change, challenging you to use the magical dwarven runes correctly in order to succeed. Can you master the game's toughest challenges?

Malmyr is a story-driven game centered around constructing and managing complex production chains. Players take on the role of a royal servant, tasked with expanding their kingdom's territory and exploiting the precious resources of the forgotten lands of Malmyr. Along the way, they'll discover the secrets of the mysterious Dwarven runes, and use them to create powerful tools and magical effects.

Each mission comes with its own set of rules, and players must find the right strategy to successfully complete them. Resources must be carefully managed, and workers must be dispatched to the right places. To make things even more challenging, over 45 different types of resources and 70 buildings are available, from woodcutter's huts to foundries and toolsmiths.

The 12 magical Dwarven runes can be used in a variety of ways. They can be used for terraforming, creating resources, and even socketing them in excavated ruins for permanent global bonus effects. Players can also combine runes to form special Rune words, unlocking powerful effects.

In addition to the story-driven missions, players can also engage in Runecrafting by combining spare runes, and Runecreation by converting surplus coin into runes. Malmyr is a game of strategy, and players must use their wits and creativity to succeed in their goals.
