Magicka 2 is a highly anticipated co-op action adventure game that has returned with even more irreverent humor and exciting gameplay. In this next chapter of the Magicka series, players will emerge from the ruins of Aldrheim to discover a Midgård that has been nearly wiped clean of Wizards after the devastating Wizard Wars. The few Wizards that remain have either gone mad or become extremely hostile towards others.

To combat the evil that still lingers in the world, up to four Wizards, accompanied by their guide Vlad, will embark on a journey through Midgård armed with the latest iteration of the famous Magicka dynamic spellcasting system. Players will once again assume the roles of the most overpowered and unpredictably funny Wizards ever known to fantasy.

One of the exciting features of Magicka 2 is the return of the hybrid elements Steam and Ice from the first game, now joined by the brand new element, Poison!
