LunarLux is an exciting sci-fi action-adventure RPG set on the Moon in the year 30XX. The game follows the journey of Bella, a Lunar Warrior, as she embarks on a mission to save humanity from the imminent threat of Comet Coda. The story of LunarLux takes place a thousand years after a catastrophic event known as ASTRA, which rendered the Earth-like planet Terra uninhabitable. Forced to seek a new home, humanity found refuge on Luna, the moon orbiting Terra. Despite the challenges, humanity thrived on the moon, nurturing hope, dreams, and determination. However, their existence is now endangered by the arrival of an antimatter comet, the same comet that wiped out Terra a millennium ago.

As Bella, the player takes on the role of a Lunar Warrior and sets out on a perilous journey across the Moon to find a way to destroy the comet before it devastates life as they know it. Along the way, Bella must battle against mysterious creatures called Murks, utilizing a unique hybrid turn-based and action-based battle system. The game also promises to unveil the secrets of a lost civilization and save the Moon from imminent destruction.

Exploration is a key aspect of LunarLux, allowing players to traverse the moonscape and enjoy the stunning lunar landscape. They can choose to stroll through the environments or take flight, zipping around the maps using a Jet Suit. Additionally, players have the freedom to fly to different locations on Luna using their customizable spaceship, adding another layer of depth to the gameplay.

Players can acquire up to 40 Active Skills and 30 Support Skills, each with its own mechanics to master. The game introduces Lux Combos, powerful attacks that can be created by combining and stacking Active and Support skills. By filling up the Lux Meter in battle, players can unleash a Lux Combo by selecting any three Active Skills to stack together. Certain combinations yield unique combos, while the most powerful attacks require specific combinations that can be discovered through recipe items found while exploring the moon.

LunarLux offers up to 30 unique combos that can be performed, adding depth and strategy to the combat experience. Additionally, players are accompanied by a trusty robot sidekick named Tetra, who can dive into malfunctioning networks through control panels. These network dives present players with mini-game challenges rendered in a retro 8-bit style, perfect for the hacking theme of navigating computers and the digital world.

Alongside the mission to stop the comet and battle against Murks, Bella and Tetra must also face formidable rivals, such as the Murk Slayer.
