The fate of the three girls, Mio Ikoma, Nana Sakurai and Azusa Shiraishi, lies in the player's actions. The trio of online streamers had been invited by Nana to shoot a video at the infamous haunted hotel, the Hotel Izanami, and things quickly go awry when Mio gets separated from the group and is attacked by a mascot costume that has come to life.

The player must now find a way to escape the hotel and its many horrors. As they explore the ruins of the hotel, they will come across items and hints that will help them survive. Some of these items will change the fate of the girls drastically.

Players must also run from the mysterious mascot chasing them, as one hit from its hatchet will result in instant death. They must make clever use of the items they find and search every nook and cranny of the rooms for clues in order to escape the hotel with their lives.

The game features three unique characters, each of which is voiced by a professional actor. Mio Ikoma is voiced by Haruka Yamazaki, Nana Sakurai by Asuka Nishi and Azusa Shiraishi by Satsumi Matsuda. The character designs are created by Waon Inui while the scenario is written by C-Garden, Inc. and produced by Yujiro Usuda.
