Three years later, Ivan resurfaces, claiming to have saved the world during his time underground. However, he has lost the atomic bomb that powers the Little Orpheus. As a result, he is taken to a top-secret bunker deep below the Ural mountains to be debriefed by the fearsome General Yurkovoi. The General, known for his intimidating demeanor, demands answers from Ivan, asking where he has been and where the missing bomb is located. Ivan, undeterred by the General's intimidating presence, begins to recount his incredible journey, saying, "Well General, you might not believe what happened to me, but I'll do my best. Because it happened like this..."

Players join Ivan on his bold yet hapless adventure as he explores lost civilizations, undersea kingdoms, prehistoric jungles, and unimaginable lands. Along the way, he must battle the subhuman tribe of the Menkv and escape from the clutches of dreadful monsters.
