In Hobo: Tough Life, an urban survival role-playing game, you take on the role of a homeless person trying to survive the harsh winter. Welcome to Praslav, a cold Central European city that has been recovering from the political turmoil that followed the end of the Cold War and the fall of the Communist regime. During this period, many were left unable to adjust to the new socio-economic climate and were soon living on the streets. Hobo: Tough Life is an urban survival role-playing game where you play as one of those homeless people.

You will have to explore the streets of Praslav and scavenge for food, supplies and anything else that will help you survive the forthcoming winter. You must also do whatever it takes to survive - beg, steal, and do whatever else it takes to stay alive. Keeping an eye on your needs and other variables is essential. Poor hygiene and dirty clothes can make you smellier, low temperature increases the risk of falling ill, and whatever piece of food comes in must also come out at some point.

In Hobo: Tough Life, you must also consider your actions carefully. The consequences of your decisions can be severe, and the benefits rarely outweigh the risks. As you explore the streets of Praslav, you will meet unique NPCs, gain their trust, make allies and enemies, join various factions and find your place in the city.

The game also offers online co-op multiplayer for up to 4 players. With the help of your friends, you can collect resources, build a shanty town and survive the winter. If you are up to the challenge, you can even attempt to unite the homeless and become the new Homeless King.
