Hero's Hour is a fast-paced turn-based strategy role-playing game (RPG) with real-time combat. Players take control of their own hero, exploring the world and building up their own towns and armies, while facing off against enemies. Players will need to level up their heroes and amass an army large enough to take out the opponents before they do the same to you.

The game features 11 factions with their own special mechanics, strengths and weaknesses, 22 hero classes with a special skill each, 50 common hero skills, 177 units (99 of which can be upgraded), 80 unique unit abilities, 166 artifacts, and 83 spells (plus 18 spells unlocked via skills). Procedural generation also adds an interesting twist to the game, with new areas to explore, strange buildings to enhance your hero or army, and obelisks to set off small procedural quests.

Besides single-player, the game also features local "hotseat" multiplayer, where you can play with other players or even with the AI. Being on the faster side compared to other turn-based strategy games, you may even be able to finish the hotseat games that you start!
