HARVESTELLA is a life-simulation RPG from SQUARE ENIX. The game offers players the chance to lead a self-sufficient life with their own vibrant house as a base. Players will cooperate with allies to overcome various threats and discover the truth behind the disaster that plagues the world.

The game takes place in the world of Nemea Town, Shatolla, Lethe Village, and the Holy Capital of Argene. Here, players will traverse beautiful yet treacherous paths in order to reach the Seaslights, four giant crystals that govern the seasons. In order to survive and progress in the game, players must grow fruit, vegetables, and other crops in their fields to either sell or use as crafting materials. Additionally, cooking with these ingredients can grant players helpful effects such as HP recovery and temporary stat boosts.

Players can also take care of animals such as cluffowl birds, woolum, and a pet totokaku. As they progress through the game, players will meet allies such as Shrika, a missionary searching for a new form of faith, Heine, a pompous gentleman mechanic, Asyl, descendent of the Wind poem people, and Aria, a mysterious girl from the future. Cooperating and sometimes clashing with these characters and reaching a deeper mutual understanding with them is essential to progressing through the game.

In order to defeat enemies, players will switch seamlessly between jobs such as Fighter, Shadow Walker, and Mage. Fighters specialize in swift sword techniques, Shadow Walkers deal critical wounds with twin blades, and Mages specialize in magic attacks. By targeting an enemy’s weak points, players can inflict the Double Break state and take them down in an instant.
