Ghostlore is an Eastpunk Action-RPG that takes players into a world inspired by classic ARPGs like Diablo 2 and Titan Quest. With procedurally generated maps, beautiful 2D isometric art, and a detailed item and character customization system, players will fight monsters from Southeast-Asian folklore in a thrilling, action-packed adventure.

Ghostlore is an 'Eastpunk' Action-RPG that takes players on an exciting adventure to battle monsters from Southeast-Asian folklore. Combining the best of classic ARPG’s such as Diablo 2 and Titan Quest, Ghostlore offers an immersive experience with detailed item and character customization, procedurally generated maps, and beautiful 2D isometric art.

The game brings to life the myths and legends of the maritime region of Southeast-Asia, with over 40 different enemies inspired by regional stories, each with their own quirks and tactics. Players will be able to explore a procedurally generated world that takes inspiration from the developers’ home country of Singapore, its two closest neighbours, Malaysia and Indonesia, and the rest of Southeast Asia. Players unfamiliar with the region will get to experience a culture that is underrepresented and rarely seen in other forms of media, while those who live in Southeast Asia will find plenty of things they recognize - such as the food!

One of the unique features in Ghostlore is the Glyph system, which allows players to mix-and-match abilities from 3 out of 6 character classes. These classes are Adepts, Exorcists, Ferals, Geomancers, Hashashin and Sentinels, each with their own special powers and skills. Glyphs are magical symbols which can be inscribed onto the body to gain new powers, and players can also collect and prepare various meals to boost their stats.

When it comes to weapons, Ghostlore offers a variety of weapons prevalent in Southeast-Asian martial arts such as the Kris or Keris, Bow and Arrow, Parangs, Kukri knives, Spears, Talismans and Amulets. Amulets are commonly sold in many parts of the real world Southeast Asia as good luck charms, and in the world of Ghostlore, their power is very, very real.

Ghostlore also features local co-op multiplayer that lets players join up with up to 4 of their friends on the same screen, as well as an optional asynchronous multiplayer feature called ‘Shrine of Balance’ which allows players to help each other by sending them equipment. Finally, the game also supports Steam Workshop for customizing the experience with mods from the community.
