In the year 201x, a major breakthrough in the anti-cancer research field was announced by an institute. This discovery of the key to eternal life was quickly capitalized on by the Faith Energy Company, who created a vaccine-driven startup known as the Human X Plan. Unfortunately, the vaccine was not successful, and instead turned humans into zombies.

Now, as a survivor in this zombie-ridden world, it is up to you to explore, fight, and gather resources to find a way to escape. You will come across a variety of NPCs, each with their own stories and timelines, as well as an array of weapons and a unique sneak system to help you in combat. You will also be able to study various strategic plans to acquire the safest shelter, and don’t forget about the over ten kinds of zombies and four ultimate boss monsters lurking around.

The ultimate goal in Delivery from the Pain is to not only escape, but to uncover the conspiracy surrounding the Human X Plan. You have a range of dialogue options available to you to uncover the truth behind this story, and your decisions will determine which of the multiple endings you will get.
