Covid Killer is a 3D first person shooter-survival game powered by Unreal Engine 4 where you must fight off hordes of aggressive viruses with your vaccine-shooting rifle in order to achieve the best scores.

Covid Killer is an upcoming first person shooter-survival game in real time (3D UE4) set to launch on February 28th, 2023. Developed by Perseverance Studio, the game will have you facing hordes of aggressive viruses that you must eradicate using the vaccine darts in your rifle. With two modes of gameplay, the mission-based Scenario Mode and the endless Survival Mode, you can challenge yourself to make the best scores across the world.

In the Scenario Mode, you and your partner are miniaturized and injected into the body of a sleeping patient in the nostrils. The objective is to prevent the passage of viruses by shooting them with syringes containing the vaccine. The challenge lies in the anticipation of the movements and actions of the viruses, as well as the timing of the vaccines. As you progress, the viruses become more numerous and resistant. At the end of each mission, you are evaluated on your efficiency, accuracy, and health status and rewarded with stars, which can be used to unlock improvements to your avatar or the antivirus.

The Survival Mode, on the other hand, has you facing a large number of viruses. Here, you have an unlimited supply of syringes, as long as you can reload from the ammunition box available. In this mode, you can earn stars, the game’s currency, which gives you access to bonuses such as specific chargers and medicines. Your goal is to survive as long as possible and get the best scores.

In addition to the two main modes, Covid Killer also offers a variety of levels, upgrades, and customizations that you can use to make the game your own. As you progress through the game, you can increase the capacities of your avatar and the effectiveness of the vaccine. You can also customize the look of your avatar to give them a unique look.
