The game features a unique decay system, which affects the bodies of your warriors. As they explore, the decay of the body increases, and when it reaches 100%, the warrior collapses. You must use preservatives to reduce the rate of decay and keep your warriors alive. As you battle, you will also be able to acquire resources and equipment from defeated enemies, creating a powerful army of the living dead.

Resource management is also necessary in Corpse Keeper. You will need to manage a variety of resources to make sure you are ready for the next exploration. You must identify which resources are the most important, and make sure you have enough to make it through each mission.
