AQUA KITTY UDX is a game that puts players in the shoes of a team of milk mining kittens who have discovered vast reserves of naturally forming full-fat milk deep under the ocean seabed. The game, developed by TIKIPOD and published by the same company, is an enhanced Ultra Deluxe Edition that includes an epic Dreadnought game mode.

In the game, players must navigate through the ocean, defending the kittens from disruptive mechanical sea creatures and clearing waves of robotic sea creatures while protecting milk mining kittens. There are four sea areas, each with a large boss enemy at the end. Players can work their way across the map via any route they prefer.

There are three different main game modes in AQUA KITTY UDX. The first is the Classic mode, which is the regular game mode. The second is the Arcade mode, which is a twist on the main game mode, with the addition of gems that players collect and use to buy upgrades. These upgrades persist across levels. The game is best played with an Xbox or PS4 controller, as controllers with analogue sticks give the most precise movement control. Keyboard control is also supported. Mouse control is not supported.

Some of the enhancements compared to the original Milk Mine Defender game include extra bosses (one per sea area), new Dreadnought mode with 13 increasingly humongous dreadnoughts to battle and destroy, improved visuals such as new parallax scrolling skies and other enhanced graphical effects, and rebalanced gameplay.
