Detective Thompson is called to Morton, Louisiana to investigate a series of mysterious deaths and disappearances. With his extensive experience in complex cases, he is determined to uncover the truth and expose the dark forces behind the events that have been plaguing the town.

In Morton, Louisiana – a small, tranquil town – rumors of strange occurrences have been circulating for years. Despite the police department's attempts to suppress these rumors and reassure the community, they have continued to spread.

When a series of mysterious deaths and disappearances occur in Morton, the police are completely stumped and desperate for answers. Out of options, they turn to Detective Thompson – an experienced investigator known for solving even the most difficult of cases.

After looking into the incidents in Morton, Thompson quickly discovers that there is something more sinister underlying the events. He begins to uncover the town's dark past, and soon realizes that something evil is lurking beneath the surface. In order to solve the case and bring peace to this troubled town, Thompson must confront his own demons and the evil forces that are at play.

A SIMPLE REQUEST is a horror game with low-polygon graphics in the style of the PlayStation 1 era. The game is designed to be accessible to colorblind players, and the control system is simplified and optimized for convenience.
