In the intense three-player game, players must use their skills to stay ahead of their opponents and keep the game full of surprises. The game features a standalone 8 chapter story, with up to 4 to 8 female protagonists each having their own exclusive story line.

The story follows an unnamed man nicknamed “Migratory Bird” who is being targeted by an underground bank. In order to protect his younger sister, he boards a luxurious cruise ship and takes up the old trade of hunting and charming aces. Highly skilled girls are recruited to his side in order to protect his personal safety and ensure that his purity and heart are guarded. How the story of the falling angels progresses is up to the player.

The game uses live2D animation technology to bring its characters to life, and also supports multiple languages including Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, and Japanese. To keep the game fresh and fun, it features an interesting game play that players won’t find repetitive. Landlord Girls is divided into two modes: the stand-alone mode and the online mode (which will be released in the future). The stand-alone mode includes a story mode and a ranking mode, and the online mode will include episodes 1 through 5.
